Adams Ridge Rays

Welcome to the Adams Ridge Rays Summer Swim Team website!

We are a member of the North Hills Summer Swim League. We welcome all swimmers up to age 17. Whether you are a beginner swimmer or an advanced swimmer, there is a spot for you on our team!

*Must be a resident of Adams Ridge to register for the swim team*

Registration Day April 19th - until season starts

Meets will begin on June 11, 2024, with meets every Tuesday and Thursday through July 2, 2024.

Swim Champs will be on July 9, 2024 and July 11, 2024. (TENTATIVE DATES)

PRACTICES:

May 20, 22
Red Practice 5-6pm
Black Practice 6-7pm

Starting May 31 until July 11

Red Practice 8-9am
Black Practice 9-10am

PICTURE DAY: Wednesday, June 5th

To qualify for championships: swimmers must swim in more than 50% of the meets (4 meets out of 7) in order to be eligible for the championship meets of Individuals and Relay Champs according to league rules.
